Cooking Classes

Do you want to eat healthy but don't know how? Interested in learning a new way of cooking that incorporates whole, natural foods? Our whole foods cooking classes focus on seasonal, gourmet, organic, wheat free, sugar free foods that are not processed or ridden with chemicals.

We teach you how to put together balanced, delicious meals for you and your family that are quick and easy to make.

The cooking classes are designed to teach participants how to easily prepare a wide variety of whole, natural, fresh foods, including whole grains, vegetables, meats, raw dairy, fermented products, and international fare - and apply that learning in a practical way into everyday life. Invaluable time saving tips, menu planning techniques, and artful cooking methods are shared.

This is all done through a fun and interactive format in which we all cook together. We then sit down family style and enjoy what we created together. Its a great way to connect with other people interested in making gradual changes in their diet and lifestyle for the better!

She continues to teach cooking classes to educate people about the value of whole, nourishing food for their life, and is currently working on a cookbook incorporating her italian heritage with natural, organic foods.
