Yoga/Meditation Classes


As part of a holistic health approach, stress reduction and
meditation play an integral role in promoting health and wellness.
Bringing an awareness to the body and breath dramatically increase
a sense of wellbeing and relaxation. The following are offered
individually to yoga studios, gyms, spas, workplaces, and
organizations; within corporate wellness programs; and one on
one with clients enrolled in a 6 month program.
  • Kundalini Meditation
    This meditation is great for those who have a difficult time
    sitting for long periods of time in meditation. This technique
    is split into two sections: active, movement based meditation,
    and still, silent meditation. Leaves you feeling calm and
    energized.
    Time allotment: 1 hour.

  • Yoga
    Yoga is an invaluable tool in bringing balance to the body and
    mind. Class will be tailored to the needs of the participants.
    Time allotment: 1 hour.

  • Stress Reduction Tips for the Busy Woman
    Learn stress reduction exercises to calm and relax the body,
    mind, and spirit. Materials to take home are included.
    Time allotment: 45 minutes.

  • Tibetan Energy Yoga
    This form of yoga is all in sitting posture, with no strenuous
    physical exertion required. It is mostly a breath-focused
    practice, leaving you feeling energized and full of energy.
    Time allotment: 45 minutes
