Bringing an awareness to the body and breath dramatically increase a sense of wellbeing and relaxation. The following are offered individually to yoga studios, gyms, spas, workplaces, and organizations; within corporate wellness programs; and one on one with clients enrolled in a 6 month program. -
Kundalini Meditation This meditation is great for those who have a difficult time sitting for long periods of time in meditation. This technique is split into two sections: active, movement based meditation, and still, silent meditation. Leaves you feeling calm and energized. Time allotment: 1 hour. -
